This dance was first performed on October 1, 2007, for a group of fifty Japanese students in my Unki School, an educational program in which people can learn all about circulation of energy. It represents the art of Dahn Mu, a free-form dance following the natural energetic flow.
Through this practice, you can experience true freedom of body and mind while opening your body to healing energy. I wanted to share this with you because I feel it expresses the energetic connection shared by all humanity. By opening our hearts and our minds to each other, we open ourselves to this energy.
